Edfinancial Services interview questions

The interview was straightforward and over the phone. It only took a few days for them to get back to me. I did, however, have a reference, so that may have been why.

Interview was very short… maybe 5 minutes in total. The lady told me the schedule, start date, pay, ect. She told me I would hear from someone the following Monday. I did not hear from anyone, so I reached out and asked what the status of my employment was and was told they gave the position to someone else. They are still listed on indeed looking for employees. I have 10+ years of customer service experience and I was very professional in the interview. Very discouraging.
