4 rounds of interview. First was a group case. Second was an 8 hour take home case. Third was a behavioural fit interview. Last was an interview with the managing partner.

Question 1
First case was a market entry case for an e-mobility solution. They asked you to brainstorm and structure with group mates, then individually size the market.

Interview
Very rigorous R1 and R2. First case is in a group setting to test collaborative skills, presence, numeracy under pressure and also creativity. Second case involves full-day preparation based on a provided topic, slide deck presentation and another live case during the interview session. There is a focus on numeracy, creativity and general interest in impact work which is their main workstream. Final rounds are fit interviews with a fairly tough aptitude test.

Interview
The interview process was structured around:
1) Describing yourself & your experiences
2) Describing why you are specifically interested in Eden
3) Qualitative Case Study to determine a potential Go-to-market strategy
4) Quantitative Case Study to evaluate financial viability of said strategy.
The interview was done online & the interviewers were from the SG branch. They were very professional & helpful.
