I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Edelway (Geneva) in Jan 2018
Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Edelway (Geneva) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was contacted directly by email because they had a client looking for a consultant with my competencies.
I had a short phone interview; they were more interested by my salary expectations and availability than my knowledge and experiences. They also tested my English skills but the guy had poor skills himself.
As my CV was a good fit for their client, they made me fly to Geneva. Of course they didn't cover my travel expenses.
They offered me a long term contract but with a really low salary for Geneva. Not only was the annual salary 10-15% lower than the average in the area, but also only 60% of it is fix, the other 40% depends on the billing rate. Meaning that you lose even more salary if you're seek or between two contracts.
I would recommend to avoid this company, unless you're unemployed really need to work.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Edelway (Barcelona)
Interview
Inexperienced and unprofessional recruitment consultants who don’t reply to emails or call back despite promising to do so.
They asked me to send my CV and then provided zero feedback even though I ticked every single box.
Several of their recruitment consultants (from different branches) got in touch about the same position which just goes to show the lack of communication between them. Makes me wonder if the jobs actually exist or if it’s pure CV farming!
I also applied for a senior role and expected to be compensated accordingly but the salary offered was clearly junior level according to my local sources - this is insulting to
someone with nearly 15 yrs experience.
