I recently attended an interview at Econship. The process started with a virtual aptitude test of 10 questions to be completed in 8 minutes. After that, there was a Personal Interview where they asked for mental calculations like subtraction, multiplication, unit conversions, and area of a circle, along with questions about the company, its CEO, vessels, containers, and my past experience. There was another aptitude round covering logical reasoning (symbols, blood relations), quantitative aptitude (ratio, time & speed, bar charts), and English (synonyms and antonyms). The technical round was more HR-focused, with questions about personality( 5 things you dislike about yourself, 5 things you dislike about others), handling criticism, workplace situations, and only a few basic accounting questions like golden rules, consolidated financial statements, and the purpose of a ledger. The final round, if selected, would be with the HOD.

What a bad interview experience! In total 6 rounds of interviews, if you fail in any, all your efforts are wasted. I travelled from Kalyan, the JD said that you will have 3 rounds on one day, but they told me to come the next day for the technical round. And not a single technical question was asked in that round. All were HR questions, and I wasn't even selected. The aptitude test is hard and there is a time limit to each section. Overall, 6 rounds are too much, and even if we consider that, they don't get done with it in a day or two.
