It was a very fast process, phone interview, in person with HR, in person with the department leads. Asked about my career goals and why I was interested in Econometrica specifically - I read their website somewhat in depth.
Three total virtual interviews. One interview with HR, one interview with team, one interview with the director. Very good at communication during the process, but did not reply or provide any updates after the last interview.

Interview
two separate interviews with senior management. The first interview as with senior management and the second one was with senior management, too. Both interviews were average and the senior management was very pleasant.
