Bunch of loser HRs just trying to show their importance and junk knowledge. If you are so smart, read the "resume" carefully for candidate skills rather than wasting their time calling them for interview and telling you dont have xyz skills.
You are being paid to sit and do this, the person on other side is spending his time, money and leaves to come to you.

Three rounds - written, technical happens at the Gurugram office HR, takes almost three hours. Little lengthy and long process. Ina general they revert within a week if you get an offer.
