The interview process actually goes by really smooth. They like the STAR method! Most interviewers were really passionate about their jobs and really nice. They encourage you to ask many questions.

Simple and Straight forward. Just asked Star questions. Like describe time when you had to deal with a difficult person or when was a time you had conflict in a group.

Phone interview, lots of STAR questions. Was straightforward, make sure you practice your responses. Remember school projects and make sure you can name specific examples from them like conflicts or leadership.

Interview
About 30 mins. Mostly behavioral questions. This internship was for Data Analytics/Software Engineering role. The process is simple and straightforward. My advice would be to study behavioral questions and figure out how to tailor them to you and your resume.
