Interview
The Ecolab job interview process was smooth and effective from start to finish. After a couple of days after submitting my online application at the Ecolab website, I received an invitation to set up a phone interview and a link to complete an assessment test. The test was a standard personality assessment that took me about 20 minutes to complete. The phone interview was with Melvin, who took his time in describing the company and the job position. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient and polite. He informed me that the next step would be a video call with the regional manager in Miami. My second interview was a video call with Eric, the Miami regional manager. Eric was very clear in explaining the position and what was expected. He asked a lot of questions, and I asked a lot of questions. At the end of the interview, I was overly impressed with the company and the management at Ecolab. The third and last interview was with a local manager. The last interview took place at one of Ecolab’s clients at 11:00 pm when the store was closed. He wanted to show me exactly what I was going to be doing. Again, I was impressed with the professionalism of the local manager.
