went through the required interview. Job was posted for temp employee during a hiring freeze. Job should have went to another, not myself, who was more qualified. The interview process was a group effort, only to be overruled by 1 person after the group decision

Quite a few interviews with an assessment as well. If you receive an offer, you can feel really good that you earned it. The assessment lasts about 6 hours. Be prepared.
