Applied through university online job postings board around time of graduation (April). Was one of 50 applicants called for a phone interview/screening in August. Was asked to attend an in person interview later that week as one of three successful applicants. They offered me the position the next day and I started in 2 weeks. I worked for Ecodyne for 2 years before deciding to look for work in a company that was a better fit.
