Job hunter connection and phone screening with 10~ questions, followed by several tests on the applicants' ability weeks later. A final interview will be given after the tests were passed.

There was a 4 step process, though I only got to complete the first 3 steps. It took about a month and a half to go through the interview and the other steps. The hiring manager was very responsive and clear about each step of the process.
