Echo Energy interview questions

Met with two people. Interview went great. It was very casual and laid back. I was very excited about the potential opportunity to work there. I was told they would have a decision by the end of the following week and that I would hear something regardless. It’s been 5 months, job is still posted and I was told 3 months ago a decision hasn’t been made. An update would’ve been nice as to why the job hasn’t been filled. The waiting game is the worst part about the interview process

Talked with lead buyers about past experiences and why I would be good at the job. Then had an interview with the buying manager. Then after I was taken to a couple different buyers offices to see how they perform their daily tasks to see if this would be the right fit for me.
