Initial phone screening with recruiter, then phone screening with hiring manager followed with an on-site. Standard interview with various cross functional roles. Behavioral based questions requiring STAR responses. 5 separate one on one interviews.
Tough and all the questions were related to the procurement process and related to our past experience. Through process knowledge is asked and judged, also we are asked on the P2P cycle, export import knowledge, process improvement.
