Asks situational questions like “tell me about a time when…”, “tell me about a recent conflict and how you overcame and learned from it”…. Be prepared for multiple interviews within the company. Often with talent acquisition, the hiring manager, peers, and maybe a skip level manager.

Good flow overall. A phone screen followed by either a two-person panel or one on one in person interview. They use the Lominger model (situational) process. Approximately 2 months from position submission to offer
