Recruiter phone screen was first, and then a video conference was scheduled with the manager and supervisor on MS Teams. Standard questions - how did you handle a time when your team didn't like a decision you made.

Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviewing, 1 with hiring manager, 2nd level manager and with functional lead in US. Interview process was efficiently managed in a single setting so I don't have to make too many trips. They were interested in what I did and genuinely in you as a person.
