Cv shortlisting based on academic performance. Once shortlisted,
Technical Interview (mainly focused on engineering projects) and then HR interview (basic HR questions like why not higher studies? Is the location good enough? Etc)
The interview process is smooth and good.
Personal Interview.
Fascinating work, and very cordial. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the job scope. I think Eaton definitely is a cut above to maintain their competitive edge. Other than that, I did not have all the skillsets required for the position.
