Process started with a one on one initial screening. Then there was an interview event where there were multiple one on one interviews and time to speak with employees currently in the program.
Got called by an employee for an initial screening interview and provided availability for further interview. Next stage was a 1 hour interview with a manger and someone from HR

Interview
They are very kind people and have good energy. Easy, open, and quick communication. Very clear definition of the role and had a chance to interview people in different functions.

General information, plan of future, skills related to supply chain, sales, tools, manufacturing etc.
3 rounds of interview (1 with HR, 2 with mangers, 3 with leadership team and with presentation). No technical questions. Easy to talk to and lots of questions surrounding leadership and challenges.
