Interview
Received initial phone call from HR and scheduled phone interview with HR. After the HR phone interview the IT manager contacted me to schedule a second phone interview and this time it would be with IT manager. The phone interview with IT manager consisted of asking general tech support scenario questions to get a better understanding of my troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. After successful phone interview with IT manager, they followed up with a third in person interview with IT manager. The in person interview included a series of personality tests asking you what you would in certain situations.

Interview
I was reached out by HR within a few days of applying. The first interview was a phone interview and lasted about an hour or so. It was filled with some generic technical questions.
The second interview was scheduled a week later. It was comprised of several people who all asked behavioral questions based on previous experiences. This interview lasted an an hour and a half and was fairly straight forward.
The whole process took two weeks. They were kind enough to keep me in the loop the entire time and even let me know when they made an offer to another candidate.

Question 1
When was there a time that you had to conflicting tasks and how did you deal with that?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton
Interview
At the time, Eaton was bringing on new employees as contractors, and then hiring them as full employees in 8-12 months. A recruiter matched me up with the job opening. The first step was a phone interview, followed by a test of basic electrical knowledge, and then an in-person interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I wasn't expecting questions about electrical principles, since my position did not involve working directly with the products we sell. If you don't have a technical background and aren't interviewing for a technical position, it's probably okay to admit you don't know the answers. That shouldn't be a deal-breaker, but it might be to your benefit to learn a little about electricity and the products Eaton sells before you interview. This may not apply to other areas, I can only speak for myself.
