      Distribution Supervisor Interview

      Nov 6, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Ellisville, MO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Ellisville, MO) in Oct 2018

      Interview

I was not offered a position, but I have to say the interview process left a bad taste in my mouth. Three groups of "2 managers" interviewed you in 45 minute blocks. The 1st group the 2nd person showed up 20 minutes late. The 2nd group had me wait 45 minutes, then one person showed up and gave me a courtesy 5 minutes and admitted to not even looking at my resume prior to the interview. The 3rd group had one person show up. So, two no shows, one 5 minute interview, and 2 that actually spent time with me. I'm sure they had a well informed "group decision" on whether or not to hire me.
