Possibly the worst interview process I've ever had. HR lady was late to first in-person interview. I was supposed to have a panel interview with 2 people and then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. About 5-10 minutes in, one of the panelists in my first interview said he had to leave early but didn't say why. My 1 on 1 with the hiring manager was odd. She explained the role but didn't ask me any questions. Over all, I thought they went pretty well. They said they would be in touch. After a week without hearing anything, I start emailing the HM and the HR contact. No response. Then I reach out to the Recruiter I had my initial phone screen with. He said he's no longer in the role and to keep reaching out to the people I interviewed with. I send a few more emails and texts about how if I didn't get the job, they should at least tell me. No response. Then over a month after my interviews I get an automated email that they chose another candidate. The process was handled so poorly, it's pretty unbelievable.
