Interview
The first step was a phone screen. After that, I had a formal interview. The interview included Behavioral questions with a cross section of supervisors and managers reading the questions and recording the answers, rating you on each section. The interview took place over several hours and included a plant tour.

Tell me about an experience where you lead a safety discussion with employee you managed?
Easy enough process, position had been open for a long time and they seem to either be picky or not able to get anyone to accept an offer. Not sure I would have accepted if I got an offer

tooling. Work/communication with vendors, plants firsthand , Evaluation of new projects, programs experience, problem solving position.

Casual interview process. 2 or 3 panel interviews. 2 on 1 and 3 on 1. Mainly asked behavioral based questions with some technical questions. Star method for answering questions. No trick questions. They try to make you feel comfortable.
