Eaton Alliance interview questions

Very quick pretty easy process but there is alot of training. Then you are put into one of the homes to see how you like it. They have high and low functioning clients

Took 2 weeks for HR to email me back. Then an additional 2 weeks to schedule an interview. Never fully had an interview. Just email conversations. Then was asked to come in and file paperwork. Never received a formal offer. And it took a total of 2 months.
