Interview
Saw the ad on craigslist, emailed my resume in, had a couple of interviews. HR said that me and the hiring manager "decided" on my rate. WE NEVER TALKED ABOUT MY PAY RATE AT ALL.
The process took a while, but once someone reaches out to you it goes quickly. Interview was standard and to the point. You do not need to stress. Have patience.

Had a phone call and then an in-person interview about a week later that lasted 5-10 minutes. I got offered the job immediately. Busiest times are in the summer so they really needed people
