I applied through university. I interviewed at Eastman (Baton Rouge, LA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I interviewed with 2 engineers, 1 project and 1 production. It was a pretty simple interview that took on a discussion format rather than a STAR Q&A session. Most of the time was spent talking about my previous internship and LSU football. It helped that 1 engineer was an LSU grad. I was called about 2 weeks later by HR and accepted the position over the phone.

Interview
Friendly interviewer, asked me typical interview questions for team and alignment. Then, there was a dinner with other people who were also interviewing to work there. They seemed to care about me as a person.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eastman (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2022
Interview
Good interview process where the interviewers were willing to get to know you as a candidate to see if you would provide value to the company. They also allow you to get to know the company during the interview and are very candid about their experiences.

Question 1
When was a time you encountered adversity and how did you overcome it?
The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.
