1 hour screener followed by 1 hour panel interview. Normal questions related to resume and previous related experience. Panel moved to discussion on start dates, compensation range, projects of interest, and work environment. Was clear they were interested! Then I was ghosted and they have since reposted the position multiple times and reject subsequent applications. Clear they are playing games with applicants. Beware!

Initial phone screening with HR, then 2.5 hours interview with four different ERG employees as well as a ~ twenty min technical presentation. Also provided technical writing sample and answered behavioral questions. They provide guidelines for what they want for writing sample and presentation
