Ease Form Tech Engineer interview questions

Interview consisted of a phone interview followed by an on-site interview in their Las Vegas office. The interview consisted of standard "what would you do in this situation" and "how would you approach that" questions. Interview was fairly easy until the technical portion which caught me off guard as I was not told this would be a programming position but rather maintaining forms, which sounded more like a report building role. Needless to say, in the technical interview I was asked a lot of programming questions regarding many languages I have never even heard of. It was obvious that neither the hiring manager nor the HR representative had any clue or clear vision about what this role would be responsible for. Subsequently, I was not surprised by their lack of follow-up or sincere interest in considering me for the role since everyone I attempted to contact would not return my phone calls or e-mails.
