Interview
EXL generally hires from all the premier colleges of India. Most of the interview questions include CV based questions or general puzzles. The normal recruitment process goes like this.
1) Aptitude based online Test.
2) CV Shotlisting
3) 2-3 Rounds of interview.
Moderate interview process with theory based and practical based, you will have to show on screen and client rounds are there
And they can take Upto 7 rounds of interview
They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
