      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EWU in May 2025

      Interview

I was contacted via email and messages. It took roughly two weeks to get shortlisted. 1. Written Exam: The first step was a written MCQ test. Questions were mostly from core courses related to my subject. Difficulty was medium to hard. 2. Presentation & Viva: After the written exam, they did another shortlist and called candidates for a presentation and viva the next day. You have to give a 10-minute demo class. For the presentation, you can choose any undergraduate subject topic. Follow-up questions were based on your presentation and some undergraduate course topics. 3. VC Viva: About a week later, shortlisted candidates were called for a VC viva. Questions focused on your research, your goals, and why you chose teaching/EWU. Finally, they published the final selection list.
