Interview
There was an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home project to evaluate analytical capabilities and approach. The last step was a final round of panel interviews with individuals from different departments. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming throughout.

6 research scientists interviewed me. They were nice folks but they clearly looked for expertise that I don't have. The interview was mainly about ChatGPT and large language model - quant work.
