Several senior managers took time to meet and talk with me, explaining their roles in the company and the company's business model. I appreciated their enthusiasm and learned a lot about the company during the interview process. I met with a few of the managers individually, and then a group of managers met with me all at once and talked about what they needed, how I might be able to help, and what some of the current challenges were.

Interview
Everyone that I talked to was very friendly and understanding. I sat down with several department chairs to answer questions after having an initial interview. Each of them asked me questions about my goals and what I could contribute to the company. The environment was very relaxed and encouraging. I was contacted by email within the next week.
