I did a phone screening with HR. Did a phone interview and then came on site for another interview. General questions, nothing hard. Girls seemed fine, one man was arrogant.

Interview
The interview was super fast and smooth. Everyone involved was super helpful and answered any questions I had during the whole interviewing process. There were 3 different stages which is shorter tan most selection processes.
There was poor communication from HR from the get go. Initially exchanged a few emails regarding the application & role which was followed on by a call by the HR manager.
In the call various standard questions were asked around experience, salary expectations, and motivation for the application. At the end of the call, the HR manager concluded positively and said to await follow up from the product manager, which never came.
When will companies realise that a small bit of courtesy can go a long way.
Wouldn’t interview again.
