Interview process consisted of making sure that proper documents were submitted before being asked to complete onboarding tasks such as getting fingerprints taken as well as background checked. Also asked to submit tax documents and required to attend online orientation and training sessions.

One of the things they asked was that you get fingerprints taken and background checked within a certain timeframe in order to be considered for the position.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
