A brief, simple process, often involving a group "interview" or an online process with video viewing and questions, followed by background checks and clearances. There was no interview process, you just had to meet qualifications. Clearances are able to be obtained after submitting an application. There was an orientation / presentation over Zoom by a district manager once your were offered a position and had completed the training for the emergency teaching certification if you do not have a teaching certificate
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
