Interview
It was effectively run with group collaboration on education issues for those who had their teachers license. Having entirely licensed teachers in my group and not regular substitutes made it a lot easier. We skipped several parts for the regular substitutes because of that.

How would you handle a student with a history of disciplinary problems, while maintaining a structured classroom environment?
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
