Interview
They had a group session interview, where you fill some paperwork out and discuss the position. You get badge photos made if you did not submit one in the application process, and you have to get a Level 2 FBI background check done to ensure that you are not a hazard to children or wanted for anthing that is a problem. It is pretty efficient actually, and the FBI check was the longest part because they had some sort of backlog when I went through. I think that the hard part was not getting the interview done, it was staying after the interview was completed, as they had already sorted through the people they wanted before we arrived at the school board building for the "interview" process.

Question 1
The questions are all asked online in the application, so there are really no traditional interview questions as would be asked at another job. This one is completed by filling the questionnaire, surviving the background check, and then deciding to stay when they give you an idea of the job conditions, dress code, and pay rates.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
