After my application, I was promptly contacted with a detailed email outlining the recruitment process, salary range, role expectations and selection requirements, which I honestly appreciated as it's something unusual but gives a direct insight on what you are approaching. The process included four steps: A written case study based on four different scenarios A one-hour online interview in English An in-person interview with a Campus Representative and a Board Member (in Italian) A final online conversation with the Executive Director (in English) For the first step, I was given a 4–5 day deadline, and I was informed that I would receive feedback within 15 days. However, two weeks from said deadline have now passed, and I have not received any update, even after trying following up. I fully understand that roles like this may require time and careful evaluation; however, I would have appreciated a more direct communication, especially considering that the indicated timeline was not met or in case the process had moved forward with another candidate.
