The first interview was very brief and not much was said about the job. There were several applicants when entering from different ages. When you first walk in they ask you to fill out a questionnaire and then you wait for the couple of minutes you spend with the interviewer.

Interview
Small area over filled with people, waiting over 30 minutes. As normal with these fake types of companies you can hear them trying to do their "pumping up" chants and whatever with their recently hired people interrupting not only interviews but reception and calls in an extremely unprofessional.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, before telling you about them or what you would be doing or the position or positions available. Which was 1 of 3 questions I had asked on the paper given which had a space for questions you had of the company.

Interview
First thing, I didn't even remember applying for a job in this company.
I got this random email saying they liked my resume (?!) and wanted to interview me. Well, I went and it was weird cause I didn't even know what to fill up the job position on the paper they gave me. The interview went super fine. I was asked about my experiences and goals. I got a call the same day to tell me to go to the second ''interview'' the following day. The interesting thing is that they mentioned in the phone to go wearing flat shoes (?!). The second 'interview' was actually a whole day with one of the managers walking around the city. I wish they would have told me what I was going to do in the second interview. Overall my experience was really weird. Before the second interview they never mentioned what was the position for or anything. They want you to fill up this forms with marketing questions and I have never had any experience or knowledge in marketing. It was very strange.
