Quite orderly. There were three phases; video questionnaire, technical assessment (includes a minute typing test, sending email and ms word skills) and virtual interview with 2 interviewers asking basic customer service questions.

What do you know about EPCOR’S service consultant role?
It was relatively easy, ask questions about your past experience, you also do customer call scenario. The interviewer s seemed pretty nice. Then you do technical assessment on the computer as well with a trainer, i guess that might be virtual now

Interview
Phone interview then technical service to check Microsoft office and your typing speed. After you pass then you can move on to the next stage of the interview. That’s all nothing much and nothing serious.
