The interview had three part, first part was an online test, with 20 programming puzzle (it gives easier or harder tasks depending on your solutions). The second part was a very short personal interview with the recruiter. Last part was the technical interview, where you got a programming problem and you have to solve it. The manager did not ask any programming or java related question (quite surprise). If you can solve the task you could be interesting for the manager, if not, you can go. A lof of important aspects and details turned out in the third part of the complete process related to the Mentoring program, which was quite surprising for me. Overall, it was an unpleasant mood and it was disappointing for me.
