This was the first interview. It was just a casual conversation about my experience. They were looking for someone with sample size calculation experience and had interviewed someone else with that experience. Advised me to do a project with sample size calc.

I had to present a relative topic for the first interview to 2 Lead statisticians. The questions were not so difficult. Overall the proceedure was smooth andthey were kind and friendly

The interviewer was very personable and relaxed. The interview was only with 1 person who would have been a direct line manager. Questions flowed quite well and were more conversational rather than going through a list of questions.
