Interview
You are tasked with an evaluation project at the very beginning. They do it to test how well you can pick up a program and do simple automation tasks. They leave the instructions vague on purpose so you get stuck and force you to use some of your other resources. It should take about 5 hours, but it honestly took me longer. For the interview, I spent 2.5 hours in their office talking to people of different roles, like project manager and Sr. project manager. Not a very stressful interview but it does get long, so take a chance to grab some water before you get into the thick of things. Everyone was really nice and asked questions that weren't the most technical.
