I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ENO Brands (Cypress, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interviewed with Human Resources Head and two other interns. Was asked pretty softball questions like "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" and "Tell us a time you faced a conflict and how did you resolve it?" since it was just for an internship. Asked about what I knew about the company and about my basic skills in Microsoft Office (again, basics for an internship). They were mainly looking for someone with a good fit with the other interns since there would be more interaction with them.

Interview
They called me for a phone interview, it took about 20 minutes. The questions they asked are basic, standard interview questions and provided multiple time slots to schedule an in-person interview after the phone interview. I went in a week after, I met with 2 people but not sure what their titles were. The in-person interview took about 30- 45 minutes. The process was pretty average and standard, the timeline is about 3 weeks in my case.

Interview
I applied to Glitterings through my student portal and received a call within a couple of days. They scheduled a phone interview with basic questions and said they would let me know if they wanted an in-person I interview. A few days later, I wad offered another interview and they were very flexible with scheduling. A current intern and a past intern (now full-time) interviewed me. They were both friendly and asked the average interview questions including describe yourself, why are you a good fit for the company etc.
