EMS CRM interview questions

I sent in my resume. About a week later I received a phone call to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of myself, and the manager sitting in the conference room discussing my skills, and work history, as well as general conversation.

EMS was trying to fill positions for a new client. I basically had the job before the interview.
