I applied online. I interviewed at ELB Global (Sydney) in Jun 2021
Interview
Save yourself trouble and don’t ever work or deal with this company. I’ve never had such a horrible experience or been treated in such a manner even by the worst of customers. I went in to interview for the position of BDM, after being invited on a short notice. First 20 minutes I was given an introduction on the company by a senior associate which was good and a positive exchange. After which the owner stepped in and said that she hadn’t even looked at my CV and while skimming through asked me straight 4 questions within a minute with the first being my current salary, annual sales budget and how many customers I engaged with. Then right away saying that I wasn’t fit for the role. Extremely unprofessional and unorganised. No idea how to conduct an interview. Adding to the fact that the interview got randomly interrupted by their staff a few times. Zero sense of professionalism, respect or courtesy. The reviews on Seek about top management say it all. I can only imagine how they treat their employees and customers!

Question 1
First comment: I haven't even seen your resume.
First Question: Current Salary
Second Question: Annual Budget
Third Question: Customers I engage with
No process to the interview. Clearly no idea on how to conduct interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ELB Global (Brisbane) in Feb 2015
Interview
I sat through three lengthy interviews with Marie Bolton over a three month period. She never took any notes and couldn't remember anything despite the fact that all the relevant information was in the resume I supplied. I was asked the same things each time. I could have given a different answer every time and she wouldn't have known. Totally hopeless! My advise: Don't subject yourself to this nonsense. I walked out after six months. I now have my life back.

Question 1
I was asked about my previous experience, which was outlined in detail in my resume. Clearly Marie did not prepare for this interview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ELB Global (Sydney) in Feb 2013
Interview
I submitted my resume online and received an e-mail back back to confirm my details. Once I confirmed my details they booked in a 2 stage interview. The first stage was with senior management and was mainly about my work history and goals moving forward. The second interview was with some technical leads and there were questions around the product lines and my technical experience. I found the whole process to be very interesting and I was given the opportunity to ask a lot of my own questions.
