Simple process, two interviews. Immediate supervisor, they asked about pass experiences, how you deal with conflicting team members, what do you like about the position and if passing interview with IT director. They ask about experience, knowledge and a different type of questions. They situation for this specific position is that the project coordinator is share among several project managers and directors, that's okay.
