I was cold-recruited (i.e., asked to apply by human resources) for a legal counsel position. - They rescheduled the initial interview at the last minute and then offered a voice-only format interview later in the same week. - Given that they recruited me, only to end up asking about prior experience that would not be indicated anywhere on my resume, they appear to be decidedly disorganized.
