EHE interview questions

I was cold-recruited (i.e., asked to apply by human resources) for a legal counsel position. - They rescheduled the initial interview at the last minute and then offered a voice-only format interview later in the same week. - Given that they recruited me, only to end up asking about prior experience that would not be indicated anywhere on my resume, they appear to be decidedly disorganized.

The process was fine.. did a screening with HR for a few minutes then an interview with the Director and Supervisor of department like a week or two after. The interview was okay.
