Interview
The interview process is easy but management is very narrow-minded people. You should connect to the Head of IT computer with TeamViewer like software and write an application for him. I've tried to do that but it was not successful. Because I'm not feeling comfortable if someone watching me during the coding process. During the process, I've tried to understand application structure and it took longer than I expected.
