Interview
Interviewer was a single phase interview due to previously working for them. Phoned the human resources team and organised an interview, they took approximately 2 months to get back to me, and I had my interview that week when they finally did. After the interview it took a further 3 months for them to get back to me about whether or not I had the job.

Question 1
Given a long phase of cryptic clues that were supposed to lead to me getting to a point, but were far too cryptic / quite frankly just wrong at points, to actually come up with the answer that was being pushed for. The question was about civil design, of a power plant, and what are the defences that you would consider, then pushed it towards flooding issues.

Online application with CV then do online test a phone interview , these interviews are usually conducted by HR representatives or the hiring manager. and then a video interview if successful.

Interview
My interview was a short telephone interview that followed from an online assessment. Assessment was mostly behavioural based rather than assessing numerical/logic skills. If successful at interview, then got invited to assessment centre.
