Easy. Very welcoming. Process was easy to understand and follow. Only declined due to one to many jobs and work life balance. I would apply again. Pay offer was average and ok for the area
Interview was on zoom, it was a straight forward process. The basic interview questions were asked. It was just the director present. Overall it was a very good interview experience.

Demonstration along with some questions that included if you were willing to go back to school. A panel of at least three people and you conducted a 10-15 minute presentation.
