Interview
Very disappointing and unprofessional communication. Waited four weeks for a rejection after the final round interview, chasing the HR team three times. Waited 5 months for them to complete the initial CV screening before the first round. During the process, communication was fairly regular at ~2 week intervals.
Hiring process was four rounds.
First: HireVue recorded interview. Boiler-plate Qs such as "why EBRD"
Second: Technical assessment, analysing a company financial statement and comparable metrics, writing one side of A4 "evaluating the performance of the company over three years, and also against its peers" 2hrs.
Third: Technical interview, Principal + Associate Director. Mostly Qs about the technical assessment, pushing on rationale etc. There were also some "describe a time when..." questions.
Fourth: Mostly behavioural interview, "what is your working style" etc.: Director + Associate Director.

What would you do if one staff member gave a certain kind of feedback on your work, and then the next day another senior staff member gave a very different kind of feedback?

Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial conversation. The recruiter mentioned that I had passed the screening and was willing to set up a call with the recruiter's boss. However the recruiter never bothered to respond even after a number of follow up emails. Very unprofessional poor internal coordination. Lack courtesy.
